Stormont Book Club Discussion: Empire of the Summer Moon

Join the Stormont Committee for a discussion of this stunningly vivid historical account of the 40-year battle between Comanche Indians and white settlers for control of the American West. “Empire of the Summer Moon” was a 2011 Pulitzer Prize Finalist in General Nonfiction, and is available for purchase in the museum store. Participants will enjoy the discussion regardless of whether they’ve read the book or not.
The John W. Stormont Lecture Series is free and open to the public.
